Accessibility Statement

TrackDone is committed to making its website and mobile app usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a finished task, and we keep working to improve it.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA - the internationally recognised benchmark for web accessibility. It is also the basis for accessibility law in the places where we operate, including Israel's standard IS 5568.

Our approach

We aim to keep this website straightforward for everyone to use: simple navigation, a clear and consistent content structure, readable text with sufficient contrast, and support for keyboard use and assistive technologies such as screen readers.

Conformance and limitations

We believe this website substantially meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We say "substantially" on purpose: despite our ongoing efforts, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible to everyone, and accessible solutions for certain elements may still be evolving. We are not currently aware of specific accessibility barriers on this site - but if any exist, we want to hear about them.

Telling us about a problem

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you run into an accessibility barrier, please contact us - your feedback genuinely helps:

We aim to look into accessibility feedback and to address barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.
