These terms govern your use of TrackDone - both the TrackDone app and the TrackDone website ("TrackDone," "we," "our"). By using either the app or the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

About TrackDone

TrackDone is a personal tool for tracking when you last did recurring activities. It is designed for memory and visibility - not productivity enforcement. Your data is stored locally on your device first, and optionally synced to the cloud when you sign in. Cloud sync requires an active internet connection and is not guaranteed to occur in real time.

Not Medical Advice

TrackDone is a personal memory aid - not a medical device, and not a source of medical advice. It is not designed to be a reliable safeguard for anything that affects your health. Please do not rely on TrackDone alone for medical decisions, and always follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.

Minimum Age

TrackDone is intended for people aged 13 or older. By using the app or the website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it and the associated data promptly.

Accounts

The free tier lets you track up to 4 activities without creating an account. To use more than 4 activities, you need to sign in (via Google, Apple, or email link) and subscribe to Pro.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

TrackDone Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• How to cancel: On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Play Store > Subscriptions.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered and you subscribe before it ends, the unused trial portion is forfeited.
• Pricing: Current pricing is displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may change in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
• Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests should be directed to the respective store. We do not process payments or store your payment information.

Your Content

You own everything you create in TrackDone - your activities, logs, categories, and preferences. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

By using the cloud sync feature, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Intellectual Property

TrackDone and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app.

Acceptable Use

Please use TrackDone for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data

Data and Privacy

Your use of the app and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we store it, and your rights regarding your data. By using TrackDone, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion and Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. This permanently removes your content from our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what happens to your data.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activity that harms other users or the app's infrastructure.

If we terminate your account because you violated these terms, any remaining paid subscription period is forfeited and is not refundable. Refund eligibility in all other cases remains subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.

App Updates

We may update the app from time to time with new features, improvements, bug fixes, or compatibility updates. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TrackDone is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the app reliable, but we make no warranties - express or implied - about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Things break sometimes, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Data Loss and Backups

TrackDone stores your data on your device first. Cloud sync, when enabled, is a convenience feature - not a backup service. If you lose your device, uninstall the app, or sync does not complete, we cannot restore local data that was never synced. Please do not treat TrackDone as your only record of anything important.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

General

• Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know - for example, through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of TrackDone will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, or your right to bring proceedings there where local law gives you that right.
• Severability. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• Survival. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law continue to apply even after these terms or your account come to an end.
• No waiver. If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these terms, that does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer these terms, together with all rights and obligations, to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the app or business.
• Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrackDone.
• App store terms. Your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.
